Delivery
- Janny Mart offers delivery to valid addresses within the Nigeria. Transport fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination and delivery method selected at checkout.

- Janny Mart is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during delivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Janny Mart. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item).
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@jannymart.com and provide us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that some items may not be eligible for return due to health and safety reasons, such as perishable food items or personal hygiene products.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company to verify that the refund has been processed. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jannymart.com and we will investigate the issue.
Return Delivery
If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Janny Mart regarding the use of the Site. Janny Mart’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
